Aayesha Ejaz is an Illustrator, Graphic Designer and Storyteller from New Delhi, India.
Aayesha holds an MFA in Illustration & Visual Culture from Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts, Washington University in St. Louis, and a BA in Communication Design from Indian Institute of Art & Design.
She enjoys visual storytelling revolving around personal narratives, food and animals. In her work, she reflects on incidents that evoked an emotion in her. Aayesha strives to make these moments comforting for herself and the viewer. She shares mundane things (for instance, how to make a makeshift pizza as a broke college student) in an endearing manner with humility and humor.
Aayesha also loves to draw eyes, faces with weird expressions, fish, elephants, snakes, turtles and other creatures round-the-clock. She believes in making the world a brighter place to live in one doodle at a time. She dreams of working with kids one day.
